Deli Tray Selections
Our deli trays are complete packages. In addition to the deli meats and cheeses described below, these selections include your choice of Sarah Janes bread or rolls, dill pickle spears, condiments and sandwich garnishes.

CLASSIC
Deli Meats: Deluxe Ham, Seasoned Roast Beef, Ovengold Turkey, Genoa Salami
Meat substitutions for the ham, roast beef and/or turkey can be made from the following choices: Lean Corned Beef, Honey Maple Glazed Ham, Smoked Virginia Ham, Honey Maple Glazed Turkey, Mesquite Smoked Turkey, Rotisserie Chicken Breast
Cheeses: Mild Ohio Swiss, American, Pepper Jack Cheese
(Provolone is added on trays for 12 or more people)

Wraps

A combination of our most popular full size wraps, listed below, in individual serving portions.:
Roast Beef Wrap - Roast beef, herbed cheese spread, Danish cream Havarti, horseradish sauce, lettuce, onions and tomato.
Italian Wrap - Genoa salami, cappacola ham, pepperoni, pesto cream cheese spread, mozzarella cheese, olives, pepper rings, lettuce, tomato and a splash of oil & vinegar.
Turkey Wrap - Ovengold turkey, cream cheese spread, mild cheddar cheese, lettuce, cucumber slices and tomato.
Veggie Wrap - Lettuce, tomato, cucumber slices, green peppers, pickles, onion, mild pepper rings, olives, cream cheese spread and oil & vinegar.Veggie Chicken Wrap - Rotisserie chicken, veggie salsa, low-fat Lacey Swiss and creamy honey balsamic dressing.
Chicken BLT Wrap - Rotisserie chicken, crisp bacon, Montery Jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and ranch dressing.
We work hard to meet your requirements on all requests, but to insure that all products identified above are available, we'd appreciate 48-hours notice for orders.
